The Audio Service App allows users of Audio Service hearing aids, purchased in 2014 or later, to personalize them to meet their specific needs safely and conveniently. It also offers various services and functions that assist or automate the extended use of your hearing aids.

All features and services are influenced by the following factors:

Basic features of the Audio Service App include:

<li>Remote control of paired hearing aids using a smartphone</li>
<li>Various listening programs</li>
<li>Tinnitus signal</li>
<li>Volume control</li>
<li>Sound balance</li>
</ul>

Hearing aid-specific features of the app allow for control over functionalities such as:

<li>Directional hearing</li>
<li>Separate adjustment of both hearing aids</li>
